Availability and Back Orders:
King of Carts will try and ship every order received within 48 hours. However, we cannot guarantee this, as inventory levels can change significantly each day. Back ordered merchandise is inventory that is not currently in stock for shipment. In most cases, these items are on order and in-transit from the manufacturer and we are tracking these packages and waiting for the items to arrive.
King of Carts makes every effort to get items back in stock as soon as possible. If we have not been able to locate and ship the item or items to you within 30 days, an order status email will be sent to you.
If the back ordered item or items are no longer available from the manufacturer, we will cancel the item from your order and notify you immediately by email or telephone. The item will then be removed our online store.
You can check the status of your order at any time by sending an email to email@example.com.
King of Carts warrants all new products against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days from our customers purchase date. Rebuilt, remanufactured and used parts are not included.
King of Carts will not be liable for ANY cost of installation, service calls, alleged harm – both personally or materially, damages resulting from the installation of our parts, installation of the wrong or defective parts, or correct parts installed in a manner other than consistent with the instructions provided by the manufacturer.
Electrical parts are not returnable once installed or connected to a power supply. This includes, electric motors, electronic speed controllers, switches, solenoids, relays, charge indicators, battery chargers, gauges, horn, speedometer, coils, diodes, voltage regulators/reducers, starters unless covered by a expressed written manufacturer’s warranty. King of Carts extends no warranty on electrical or electric components or parts beyond 30 days.
New parts and accessories are returnable within 10 days of customer receipts.
To return an item, please send us an email or contact a Customer Service Representative for a Return Authorization Number. All items require a Return Authorization Number, need to be in original packaging and be in new condition for the return to be accepted and processed. Only returns with an authorized RMA number displayed on the label will be accepted by our receiving department. Products returned without an authorized RMA number will be refused and returned to sender. To determine if your product is eligible to obtain an RMA number, please contact us. Custom or special order products are non-returnable, unless damaged due to shipping, or by our error.
Any items ordered that are not on our website are considered special order items, other non-returnable items include batteries, hardware, custom parts, custom accessories, aerosol cans and electrical items. All Special order items are non-returnable
If you received the wrong product, contact us within 10 days of receipt and we will issue a RMA number.
You may send returned parts and accessories back to King of Carts with RMA number via US Mail, Federal Express or UPS. You should request a tracking number on your return shipment as we are not responsible for lost packages.
After the returned item is received and approved, a refund will only be issued.
If your package arrives damaged, report it to us immediately or refuse the package. If the carrier has damaged the package in transit, they are liable and will return the package to King of Carts at no cost to you. If the package appears to be intact, but an item inside has been damaged in transit, you must report it to King of Carts within 3 business days so that we can file a damage report.
New Golf Carts
New golf carts must follow manufacturers warranty program and policies. All sales are final.
Refurbished or Used Gas Golf Carts
We do not offer warranties on refurbished gas golf carts at this time. All sales are final.
Refurbished or Used Electric Golf Carts
If you purchased the warranty with your golf cart, evidenced by printed warranty certificate, then please follow the aftermarket warranty program and policies. All sales are final. If you elected to not purchase the warranty then the below does not apply.
Warrants to the original individual purchaser that any used electric golf car purchased from King of Carts shall be covered for normal use and service as a golf cart for the period stated on the signed declaration page.
Electric motor, transaxle, shocks, charger plug receptacle, electronic speed controller, 48 volt to 12 volt converter, brake assembly, wheel hub & bearings, spindle & swing arm assemblies, steering shaft & components, bushings, fittings, leaf springs, shocks, main & sub electrical wiring harness, controller, M-cor, pedal assembly, computer fail safe system, on board signal generator, lighting system.
If the part is not listed it is not covered.
It is not King Of Carts responsibility to get your cart to the service location.
How to Process A Claim:
All issues or claims must be filed within 24 hours of said failure or problem. Contact a King Of Carts representative at (803) 391-3145 with your paid invoice and warranty certificate. A representative will schedule a time for you to bring your cart in for evaluation. If you are outside the local service area we will locate the closest service center to perform an evaluation. King of Carts will contact the warranty provider who will determine compliance with warranty provisions. The warranty is between the purchaser and the aftermarket warranty provider and the warranty will not cover any work until it has been pre-approved by the warranty provider.
Voiding of Service Contract:
This and any other warranty shall be void if the golf cart is abused or used in an unintended manner; shows indications that it has been altered after leaving our premises, but not limited to, modification of the speed governor, braking system, steering, drive unit, or any other operation system of the cart to cause it to perform outside the set specifications at time of customization. The warranty is likewise void if the cart shows indications that reasonable or necessary maintenance was not performed at the time and manner specified. Voiding of this warranty due to abuse or neglect shall be solely at the discretion of the warranty provider based on dealership findings. All warranty work on any golf cars sold by King of Carts must be performed by King of Carts or a pre-approved authorized agent.
